After a lifetime of grilling burgers, I've all but quit using the grill


I've come to really appreciate the crust you can get from flat top or skillet much more. That can't be duplicated on a grill...

But a pro tip for great burgers...buy a whole packer brisket and run that beast through a grinder. Experiment with blends of brisket, chuck, and/or sirloin.
